General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkoo platform and all of its services. By browsing the pkoo website, opening an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

pkoo is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform that offers a variety of gaming options for users in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. All activities on this platform are conducted on the basis of fair play and secure transaction principles.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Eligibility and Registration

Account Management

• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the pkoo support team immediately.
• The account balance is intended solely for the personal use of the registered account holder.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• pkoo may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) when necessary. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on pkoo:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from a payment account registered in the name of the account holder.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• pkoo does not charge any transaction fees, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

Bonuses and Promotions

pkoo offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is 10 times (10x).
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• pkoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or misuse of terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond; individual terms apply to each tier.

Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the pkoo platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, pkoo will refund the bet for that round.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the user's bet and result will be saved on the server.
• Any errors or unusual activity in pkoo's gaming system will be considered void at pkoo's discretion.
• For cricket betting, the rules of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other recognized tournaments apply.
• In live casino, the dealer's decision is considered final unless a technical error is proven.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkoo platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing multiple members of the same household to claim bonuses from the same device.
• Abusing the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games or place bets.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any other cyber attack on pkoo's systems.
• Using fake or invalid payment details.
• Misrepresenting your age when you are under 21.

Limitation of Liability

pkoo accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures on the part of third parties.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Financial losses arising from gaming outcomes — gaming is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Any technical errors by third-party game providers hosted on the pkoo website.

Upon account closure, any balance deposited in accordance with the Terms will be returned, however this does not apply to accounts closed due to prohibited activities.

• Continuing to use the platform after changes have taken effect will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.
